GRWM: Tuesday Night Dinner

Hey Everyone!

I thought I’d try something new today, a somewhat Get Ready With Me style post for what I wore on Tuesday Night when I went for dinner with my family. I chose a winged liner look and a nude lip to go with my casual outfit as it was just a family dinner. I’m still on the look out for a new primer though so if you have any recommendations please leave it in the comments!

Make-Up

BASE

To start with I used the Benefit Porefessional Primer followed by NARS Sheer Glow Foundation in the shade Mont Blanc. I set that with MAC Mineralize SkinFinish Natural  in Light. To highlight I used MAC Mineralize SkinFinish in Soft and Gentle, to add some colour to my cheeks I used Benefit Dandelion and to contour I lightly applied Benefit’s Hoola bronzer. To fill in  my brows I used my trusty Soap and Glory Brow Archery in Hot chocolate and set them in place using Benefit’s Gimme Brow in Medium/Deep.

 

 

 

EYES

I wanted to keep my eyes light but also a little smokey so I used the Urban Decay Smoky Palette. I used the shades Combust and Whiskey in my crease and a mixture of High and Dirtysweet on the lid. I used a combination of these four shades on my lower lash line. On the browbone and inner corner I used Thirteen. I really like this eye look, it’s simple but effective.

I added a winged liner with the L’Oreal Super Liner to finish the look.

 

FINISHING TOUCHES

To finish off this look I applied a lot of the Too Faced Better than Sex mascara on my top lashes and MAC Extended Play in Gigablack on my lower lashes. For my lips I used Too Faced Melted Nude liquid lipstick and topped it off with MAC Creme Cup Lipstick, this is one of my favourite combinations as it gives me the perfect pink-nude.

Outfit 

To keep things casual I went for a black cami from River Island, black Joni jeans from Topshop and a khaki green shirt from New Look with some gold pumps from River Island. This is one of my favourite outfits as it is so casual and comfortable, so great when you’re going out for dinner.
