Glam Pink Smokey Eye

Hey Everyone!

I created this cute pink smokey eye for my mums birthday party last weekend using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette. I really love how this look came out, it was a really simple to create but is also really pretty!

To begin I primed using the Urban Decay Original Primer Potion, I set this with the shade Tempera. To start deepening the crease I went in with the shade Buon Fresco then Red Ochre. To really intensify the pink tones I used Venetian Red and Love Letter, I made sure to really blend these colours out so they wouldn’t leave any harsh lines. Finally to deepen the outer V I used Cyprus Umber, I then blended this shade on to the outer third of my eye as well. To Add some brightness to the lid I took Primavera on a small flat brush and applied this on the inner two thirds of my lid. As this is such a pigmented shade it gave a faux cut crease look, so I went over any harsh lines with a fluffy blending brush to make sure the look was perfect!

I took the shades Warm Taupe and Cyprus Umber along the lower lash line and then lined my water line with a black eye pencil. I used the L’Oreal Perfect Slim Liner to draw on some winged liner before applying lashings of mascara! I used Benefit They’re Real, Benefit Roller Lash, Maybelline Angel Wings mascara on my top lashes and MAC Extended Play Gigablack Mascara on lower lashes. To highlight under the brow bone I used a mixture of Tempera and Vermeer and then I used just Vermeer for the inner corner.

For my skin I did the same thing I always do with no new products, you can find similar routines in my May Day GRWM and my Edgy Smokey Eye! I used Kylie Cosmetics Candy K on the lips.

Hope to see you around,

Love,
